Lead the entire team and provide expert inputs. * Draw upon previous expertise in development and O&M of landfill site, collection, transportation, processing and supervision of solid waste management activities. * Review of DPR, drawings, completion schedule and O&M plan to be submitted by the concessionaire. * Review of landfill construction, Processing facility and other ongoing/ proposed civil works. * Review tipping fee statements, do periodic test and site visit, ensure that the concessionaire meets all the requirements as per the concession agreement. |
